Office Executive

Job Description:

  • Handling all Admin activities.
  • Answering telephone enquires of customers, attending visitors and assisting other staff in the organization with their queries or enquires.
  • Payment for recovering & orders.
  • Review & answer correspondence.
  • Updating details in excel sheet.
  • Explaining the sales person relating chq collection & order matters.
  • Supervising other duties & other office related work.
  • Updating attendance register, keeping track of leave & attendance of staffs.
  • Vendor management (Coordinating with vendors )
  • Attending phone calls received from dealers/customers resolving their queries/enquiries.
  • Updating details in excel & word related payment recovery & order from vendor.
  • Keeping records in excel & word related to office.
  • Maintaining the office requirement like stationery, housekeeping material.
  • Maintaining Housekeeping staff.
  • Collection on time & recovery follow ups.
  • Old collection follow ups and asking for new orders.
  • Comfortable with the timings 11 am to 9 pm
  • Preferred from Retail background.
