Job Description:
- Handling all Admin activities.
- Answering telephone enquires of customers, attending visitors and assisting other staff in the organization with their queries or enquires.
- Payment for recovering & orders.
- Review & answer correspondence.
- Updating details in excel sheet.
- Explaining the sales person relating chq collection & order matters.
- Supervising other duties & other office related work.
- Updating attendance register, keeping track of leave & attendance of staffs.
- Vendor management (Coordinating with vendors )
- Attending phone calls received from dealers/customers resolving their queries/enquiries.
- Updating details in excel & word related payment recovery & order from vendor.
- Keeping records in excel & word related to office.
- Maintaining the office requirement like stationery, housekeeping material.
- Maintaining Housekeeping staff.
- Collection on time & recovery follow ups.
- Old collection follow ups and asking for new orders.
- Comfortable with the timings 11 am to 9 pm
- Preferred from Retail background.
